Our Commitment

Convertec is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards across our website.

Conformance Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities and more usable for everyone.

Measures Taken

  • Semantic HTML — we use proper heading hierarchy, landmarks, and native elements so assistive technologies can interpret every page correctly.
  • Keyboard Navigation — all interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators throughout.
  • ARIA Labels — where native semantics are not sufficient, we add ARIA attributes to provide context for screen readers.
  • Colour Contrast — text and interactive elements meet or exceed the minimum contrast ratios specified by WCAG 2.1 AA (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text).
  • Responsive Design — the site adapts to different screen sizes, orientations, and zoom levels up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
  • Alt Text — all meaningful images include descriptive alternative text; decorative images are marked appropriately.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you encounter any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us at accessibility@convertec.cloud. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within two working days.

Compliance Status

We believe this website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are actively working to identify and resolve any remaining issues. As we add new content and features, we review them against accessibility requirements before release.
